ER, or just stop it: A deliberate od needs an er. Otherwise, "overdose" is a relative thing. Stopping the med is best 1st step; then whomever is prescribing the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) needs to discuss your experience w/ the med, including benefits &possible problems. Meds of this type always need close clinical monitoring, especially in the early stages & when doses, or circumstances, change. Get a dose or med better suited for u.
