What to do if i had adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) overdose (total 20mg accidentally taken)?

Overdose not 20mg.: Assuming that maybe you're not taking the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) XR for medical purposes, you don't want to take more than 100 mg in any 24 hour period. And even then that can be dangerous depending on your wt. and how long you've been taking the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and the most mg you've taken. You have to work your way up, you can't just start taking 50mg of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine), you start wi/10 or 15 mg. Start low & go slow.
