Will someone overdose by taking three 20mg of adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) 2400mg of ibuprofen, & forty 150mg of ranitidine ?

Overdose?: It depends what you are asking. They each work in different ways, so they should not affect each other too much with the exception of the fact that 2400 mg of Ibuprofen can lead to serious renal damage, especially if dehydrated. I would recommend seeing a doctor if you have taken this and getting your kidneys checked. If you notice any symptoms, like lethargy, pain, rapid heart rate, see doc now.
