There are some: missing pieces of information that may be helpful. Size and location of polyp? Tubular or villous (a specific type of growth pattern the pathologist notes). Atypia designates that there may have been some dysplasia, a pre-cancerous type of change. As long as the polyp has been completely removed, no need to worry now. Colonoscopy should be repeated in future based on factors above. Good wishes:)
