Unclear: Key issue is current medical management, and rehab. She may have some recovery of function with speech, physical, and occupational therapies. Risks must be covered, as blood clots in legs, future additional strokes or heart attacks, secondary bladder or lung infections possible. Appropriate meds critical. Close work with stroke specialist advised.
