No tumor: Pain travelling from left to right and deom temple to jaw is not a sign of a H&N tumor but a neurologic condition with nerve irritation possibly of trigeminal n. A viral inflammation of either nerve area may produce such symptoms. A tumor would be an ulcerating lesion of the skin of the face or oral cavity that doesn't heal or a tumor mass in a salivary gland such as parotid.
