Short answer plus...: Echo rules out a many sources of pain from structural and functional standpoints. However, the symptoms to which you refer now may be more rhythm related. Many of these are not detected by resting EKG without symptoms. You may need EKG monitoring for a longer time that includes periods of exercise and, more importantly, symptoms. Do you exercise regularly? Are you starting a new program?
