29 year old son woke up 3 days ago with left side of neck barely able to move, no other symptoms, not sick, scared of meningitis, could this be?

Prob not: I hope if its 3 d ago you sought some relief or expert advice ? These are usually due to muscle strain from sleeping in an odd position, or related to an upper respiratory infection. To be certain, go see a doctor, 3 days is too long to wait on this !
