What are the most common symptoms of meningitis? i have neck pain an stiffness and i am scared i have it.

Very unlikely: If you otherwise feel healthy and look well, you don't have meningitis. Aside from headache, the main sympsoms are confusion, loss of consciousness, fever, and often nausea and vomiting.
