Hard to say: Need more info...INJURY????? You may have a GANGLION CYST which is a common wrist condition and early on (before you can "see it") may hurt when you put pressure on your wrist! In any case you need to see an ORTHOPEDIC or HAND Specialist however your PCP may want to order an MRI first.....check it out! Dr Z
