It hurts when i put pressure on my wrist. it also hurt to rotate and life medium weight like a book. what should i do i have strapped it up?

It depends on how..: ..long it's been bothering you and to what extent. If it's a mild sprain that's been bothering you a short time, you could do NOTHING & it might get better in a week or so. If it's worse than this, make an appointment with your GP. Meanwhile, avoid activities that cause pain & use the strap ONLY when you can't avoid those activities. For temporary relief, you can take an OTC pain med.
