A member asked:

What is the best way to get a work release form to go back to work from an injury that happened outside of work? they wont let me return back without one but my injury is in my wrist. it has been 5 days since the incident and any pressure hurts bad?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You must see a orthopedist specializing in wrist injuries for treatment. If you are able to work without your wrist injury interfering with your job than a letter should be given to you for presentation to your HR.
