Grn & Yel above Gnd: Lots of choices: most above ground & some below ground vegetables are probably good choices, fresh better if able, so lots of options. The high carb ones to avoid are corn, potatoes, cooked carrots (raw ok). Steam, add butter or real cheese if desired for flavor, etc.
