Get med-check up: I am not too concerned about the sweet taste in your throat. But an enlarged lymph node may need a physical exam from your doctor. Watch the size of the lymph node over one more month. If it is getting bigger then it is more urgent that you see a doctor for medical check up and further tests to find the cause.
