Yes an: elevated GROWTH hormone from a PITUITARY tumor causes growth in adults...including height! There are MANY OTHER SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS! If you suspect this it is important you be evaluated by a Board Certified Endocrinologist! Your PCP should suggest the referral! Hope this helps! Dr Z
