Lump on shoulder: Yes Go to ER or urgent care , sometimes urgent care can refer you to doc that have lower prices if no insurance or you can look up free /low cost clinics in your area. Could be infection, could be mass/tumor/ganglioma/schwannoma , shoulder lumps need to be evaluated you need xray perhaps CT..
