My left nipple is sometimes inverted for seemingly no reason at all. it's normal a lot of the time and when i'm cold but sometimes it does that. why?

Explanation: Most likely this caused by spasm of small muscle what we have around the nipples. And remember that our body asymmetrical that why it happens with one of them.
