Normal: Normal to have inverted nipples. Common in women as well as men. Not sure what HV refers to but 'saggy' breasts could be due to size or normal genetics. If it's a cosmetic issue you could address it with a plastics doctor. Pregnancy will make your breasts fuller but generally with age and after pregnancy your breasts may develop stretch marks or lose more fat so might be worse, hard to say.
