If new needs eval: If this has been present all your life then it is nothing to be worried about. If it is new it needs evaluation.

Natural asymmetry: People are naturally asymmetrical. With that said, if this is new then as previously mentioned it should be evaluated by a physician familiar with breast disease. Some women have had inverted nipples sine they developed. If nothing other than the inverted nipple is discovered it can be corrected surgically.
