I'm having moderate pain the middle of my breast is this normal i'm 18? the pain is around my inverted nipple area. it's my 1st time and not on period

No: Moderate pain in the absence of any trauma is not a normal thing. Chest pain can occor in a number of illnesses from respiratory tract infection (i.e. Bronchitis, pneumonia) to myocardial infarction (heart attack). A proper evaluation by a physican is recommended.
