Labile: Back in the day, that was the word. Over the years it's often thought of as a sort of bi-polar. I personally try to avoid Rx alone and believe that therapy is the way to start - if Rx needs to be added, you can. Try to finf a therapist you feel good working with on mgmt of mood skills. Meditation is a really good technique for level feelings w/o being 'flat'. Best!

Sounds like: bipolar disorder. Please see a psychiatrist, and figure out how long your cycle is and manage with meds, support and counseling if need be.
