No: No, there are no supplements or medications that can fix the tubes once they are damaged like this. The damage has already been done. The only way to conceive at this point is either surgery (low chance of cure, high risk of scar tissue reforming) or IVF. In fact, if you decide to do IVF then the damaged tubes should be removed first to improve your chances.
