Unusual: Scoliosis by itself should not cause either problem. The left arm and the right leg are not served by the same set of nerves making this quite unusual. I would start by calling your primary care physician. Your OB might be able to help if the baby is causing leg symptoms but the arm numbness is not pregnancy related.

Don't you have a Dr?: You are well into pregnancy and have scoliosis for 18 years. Are these new symptoms? How long? How severe? Your Dr should be notified today. Your Dr will see you today or send you to ER depending on the details of your presentation.
