No effect: Hi DarrinH, clinically, i have never seen lamotrigine effect blood pressure. After reviewing the side effect profile, it does not appear to have any effects on blood pressure.

Lamotrigine: Most common side affects reported with lamotrigine are dizziness, rash , headache, tiredness, drowsy , vomiting , tremor, trouble sleeping , loss of memory, confusion , back pain , or joint pain . Rise in blood pressure is not a reported side affect.
