Anxiety or: possible side effects from low dose Zoloft (sertraline). You are only taking 25 mg of Zoloft (sertraline) ( lowest dose) however, it can cause jitteriness. You also may have a generalized anxiety disorder and you may benefit from seeing a psychologist for CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy ).
