You can but ...: There was probably a good reason your doctor prescribed it in the first place. Also, there might be something (other than the Zoloft) causing you to feel bad. It's hard to say without knowing more. Talk to your doctor about what an alternative treatment might be. People often have very individual reactions to medications. Hope that helps!

Yes: At such a low dose you can discontinue Zoloft (sertraline) most likely without consequences.However, doctor should evaluate "racing heart".
