Different for each: Unfortunately pancreatic cancer can be very painful. Each person responds differently and no one solution for everyone. Use of narcotics is usually the first step. Nerve block and nerve abalation techniques are also helpful for some.

Pain control: Narcotics but your gastroenterologist may be able to do a celiac nerve block. This can be very helpful.
