Prostatitis: 27 M of unknown sexual practices notes has PUS in prostate, scrotal pain. 10 K get loss in 3 months. Flank pAin asks causes? ANS: my first assessment is chronic Prostatitis and pyelonephritis and or HIV. But many other possibilities. Get to Dr and get tested. Don't delay!
