Blood in Urine: Blood in urine is always abnormal and unexpected. Blood can be there due to infection, trauma, kidney stones, or cancer. The cause of the problem must be identified.

Glomerulitis : Hematuria means there is some source of blood loss in the genital-urinary system. Could be from bladder, prostate, urethra, ureters, or kidney. It's just a clue; this needs further identification.
