Lithium checks: 44F of unknown ethnicity with Hx depression but no Hx of taking lithium asks: how often should Li renal fx thyroid etc be checked. ANS: unless taking lithium never, others depends o medical history. Your personal physician is the best to answer these questions as I do not have enough details.
