Re check: It's not uncommon to have abnormal thyroid levels during acute illness. I would repeat his thyroid levels after his fever resolves and he is clinically back to his baseline. If remains high, seek an endocrine evaluation.

High fever: I recommend you consult with your pediatrician it is not normal to have elevated thyroid hormones and fever for 30 days.
