Need eval: As a young woman this is potentially the area of your ovaries. There is possibility of cyst or other ovary issue. There are not many other organs in this area except for your colon- so if some thing was twisted or if there was a gas pocket you can get this type of pain. Recommend you see pcp if pain persists.
