Seek help: Severe pain, nausea and urinary urgency should be evaluated by your physician. Enbrel (etanercept) is an immunosupressant and infections are more frequent in patients taking this medication, specially common infections like urinary tract or respiratory tract infections. Also it can be without fever and still have infection, they should also evaluate for kidney stones.
