Explanation : Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately having sinusitis on top of RA can make you more sensitive to joint pain. You need to use All your regular meds for RA together with antibiotics. Pain and stiffness will be longer in your case than with uncomplicated simple sinusitis. My compassion.
