Energy: Fatigue. Sometimes even though you go to bed you do not sleep in restorative fashion, make sure you are getting 7 to 8 hour per night. Do people you live with say you sore? Diet is important to look into, and actually moderate exercise usually improves peoples fatigue. Thyroid problems, anemia, chronic infection are medical possibilities.
