Many good options: B vits may help (esp. B12 and L-5-MTHF form of folate). Phosphatidylserine, acetyl-L-carnitine, bacopa, vinpocetine,ashwagandha,gingko,rhodiola,lion's mane mushrooms and piracetam are proven to help.
