A few questions...: Dear kelly, there could be several possible explanations for your memory loss. Did this start recently or has this been a problem from earlier in life? Did you have adhd in school? Are you under any unusual pressure at this time? Anxiety could make you forgetful. I would consult with your physician to rule out a medical reason & then with a therapist to see if it is psychological or not. A.

Memory: Memory can be effected by sleep deprivation, poor nutrition, depression, anxiety, stress and various mental conditions. Consult with your doctor to rule out medical difficulties and if memory difficulties persist consult a clinical psychologist. Best wishes.
