Blood in sputum: Xeralto thins your blood and as such what may usually be minimal blood will be more because it takes longer to stop. With strong coughing small blood vessels can break and with a blood thinner bleed more making sputum look bloody. Call your MD or covering MD now and ask what is the best to do. Do not stop the med without telling the MD. Take med. to surpress your cough now as well.
