Probably sinusitis: You probably have a sinus infection causing inflammation in your nose leading to more sensitivity of the linings and bleeding. By 16 days it's no longer a cold and i would consider seeing your doctor and getting placed on antibiotics. When you blow your nose make sure you don't stick your fingers in your nose and rub as this just irritates the lining of the nose and can promote bleeding.
