Stationary bike: or brisk walk on treadmill may be a better choice until you loose more weight. Choose exercise that does not require pounding your feet so much. See your doc for a good health plan and to make sure the level of exercise you choose is good for you. Many men do well w/low-carb diet but ask doc first. Peace and good health.
