Not common: It would not be common to have pain in the neck resulting in associated pain in the arm and leg. They may be two different issues. If there was a disc in the neck causing nerve compression, that would help to explain the arm symptoms, but not the leg. You need to see your pcp and have a neuro exam to help with the diagnosis.
