Hello. i would like to know why it takes 2 days for a question to be answered?

Can be more or less: The doctors here volunteer our time. We are not paid a thing for doing this. When we log on we see many questions we can choose to answer. We choose those that interest us or that we feel we can answer best. I have answered questions within minutes of their being asked and sometimes I answer ones that were asked days ago that no one else answered. So it depends on who is available and interested.
