Yes it is possible: The hormones in your Mirena (levonorgestrel) may wash out of your body fairly quickly and if you do ovulate 12 to14 days after the removal of this IUD, your Falopian tubes are patent and you have sexual-vaginal intercourse with a fertile man, you may " be able to conceive that month."
