Excessive worry : Is a type of anxiety. The best treatment is relaxation training & cognitive therapy that helps you modify the thoughts, perceptions & beliefs that lead to your worry. Learning to calm your body and your mind is the key. You can learn these skills on your own, but having a mental health professional "coach" you is quicker & more effective. Meds alone are seldom the best solution.
