consider half dose: In such a situation , i generally wait a bit until the kids stomach is settled and repeat 1/3 the dose. If the vomit immediately, it would be a full dose.Sometimes having a kid suck on ice chips or chew a sugary gum will settle their stomach long enough to get a dose to stay down.
