Is there a possibility that the spine will curve again after treating or correcting it with braces?

Yes: The goal of conventional brace for scoliosis is to halt its progression. X-rays taken in the brace will show the curve is smaller. When the brace is discontinued, however, the curve will usually return to its initial size. It is uncommon for s brace to cause long term improvement in a scoliosis curvature.
