Unlikely: Have an ortho assessment. If you are through growing, it is unlikely to be modified by a brace. Ask about your options; including surgery. All the best.

No: Sounds like you need a surgical correction. This is ok. The surgery is very good and you will be fine. Cannot go on like this for as you age you will have many issues. Greet fixed and be fine!
