Hi i'm female 27 years .. i have a normal low hb 12.1 and 103 mg iron! and i have been taken iron tablets of 35 mg for a month now .is it normal?

Yes: Your hemoglobin is normal. You may wish to continue taking iron as women are at risk of iron deficiency due to loss of blood during menstruation. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
