Antibiotic: Amoxicillin usually an antibiotic of choice for Dental Infection, but it will not cure the infection, only control it's spread for as long as you take it. As I'm sure the Dentist who prescribed the medication told you, once you stop the Meds the infection may come roaring back. You must begin curative Dental treatment as recommended.
