There are a number: of potential diagnoses that could explain the symptoms you experienced but the most likely is nerve compression in your cervical spine. You may have been sitting in the pedicure chair in a different or awkward position that potentiated this. If the symptoms persist you should get reevaluated for cervical spine disease.
